Converse teamed up with DC Comics to release this ‘U.S. Originator’ Collection, a range classic Converse silhouettes that receive the comic book treatment. The collection includes versions of the Chuck Taylor All-Star Hi, Jack Purcell and Skidgrip Slip-on decked out in Superman, Batman and Joker-inspired prints. If you think this collection has a vintage flair, it’s because it’s a direct reference to a 1989 offering in celebration of the Michael Keaton-helmed Batman release.
