I’m still wrapping my head around the idea that Docs are huge again. After ’99, it seemed like their days were numbered. Then something happened last year and they have bounced back as big as ever.

This latest piece, is in a traditional monkey boot motif. Although the typical monkey boot usually features decoratively cut panels of leather giving them their unique look, DM keeps things simple in this wine coloured ankle boot. The expected “Air Wear” sole is prominent as ever and a DM pull tab reminds you who made them. The toe curls slightly more naturally than a traditional flat sitting monkey boot, making them even more subtle than their counterparts.

It seems like a standard boot I know, but to see monkey boots back in any capacity, truly warms out hearts. Available now.
