I hope Horween Leather had no plans to take a vacation this year. They are busy little beavers over at the Chicago institution. Seems everyone and their cousins are jockeying to have their wares made from the highly touted, Horween hide.
Gourmet makes the plunge, with this line of casual shoes called the ‘Market Place’ collection. Each style is crafted from Horween leather, making them immensely high quality and ruggedly luxurious.
With one model, even in a ducky style silhouette, we have little doubt these shoes will hold together out in the streets. We aren’t entirely sold on the ‘air’ type, midsole but the simple black chukkas, with the underlacing are a down-right, thing of beauty. Available soon where Gourmet is sold.
