Shoe company Heyday collaborates with Japanese selvedge denim producer Sugar Cane Denim Co for this Heyday x Sugar Cane Denim Co.  collection.. These are one of three designs resulting from the collaboration, all of which utilize  actual selvedge denim, buttons, rivets and linings.

The shoe pictured above is the  Johnny K boot which uses rustic crazy horse leather, hickory stripe canvas from Sugar Cane’s work shirt, denim from their Okinawa jean as well as the actual pocket linings from the Okinawa denim for the Johnny K collar linings. These will be officially released Summer 2010 to select retailers.
