Mere months after reworking the Desert Trek for their S/S09 collection, Japanese label hobo is working with Clarks again. This time, they’ve trained their sights on the classic Wallabee. Known mostly for their work with accessories, the adjustments they’ve made to the Wallabee are subtle – more variation that revelation. They’ve kept the shoe’s iconic, moccasin-inspired silhouette and paired it with a lower profile and detached eyelets. The shoe comes in buttery brown leather, and the ubiquitous crepe sole remains. hobo and Clarks are two-for-two thus far – let’s hope they keep these collaborations coming. Available through Museum ARK.
