Swedish shoe makers Tretorn team up with Comme des Garçons to produce the Tretorn x Comme des Garçons SHIRT Spring 2010 Canvas Sneakers. The design is of a simple low cut canvas sneaker done in navy blue canvas with a white out sole containing a green lining separating the two. A fitting drop for the coming summer months.
