
adidas offer us a humorous look at the creation of its ‘Primeknit’ material, first introduced during the London 2012 Olympics. Not just for ‘Lazer Pterodactyls’ anymore, ‘Flyknit’ represents a new trend in manufacturing that emphasizes the highest levels of efficiency and little-to-no waste in the production process. Currently there is some contentious debate surrounding adidas’ ‘Primeknit’, since Nike claims it’s just a little too similar to their ‘Flyknit’ offering. We think there’s plenty of knitting to go around for all of us.
