For Spring/Summer 2012, Christian Louboutin releases a somewhat chukka-influenced “Cadaques Flat”. Taking a cue from Louboutin’s “Clara Huomo,” the pair is mocked up in a black premium upper, and is set atop a tan hemp outsole. Tonal stitching, black waxed tube laces and a tan complementary interior lining finish things off quite nicely and minimize the ‘hippie’ effect hemp tends to have on shoes. Priced at $495 USD, the espadrille-desert boot hybrid is now available directly through Christian Louboutin.
