A couple of iconic American companies — Louisville Slugger and PRO-Keds — have collaborated to present a new take on the classic Royal-Hi silhouette. Drawing inspiration from the sport, the upper of the shoe is comprised out of baseball glove leather – 100% rawhide – and contains details such as rawhide leather laces, a cork footbed, baseball cross-stitching, and an embossed Louisville Slugger logo. Overall the look is pretty slick, and although we know that PF flyers of the shoe of ‘The Sandlot’, we have to think that these might suffice. The shoes will come in a special co-branded package and a mini baseball bat keychain.
