Collaboration have proven successful between the ACE Hotel Palm Springs and Generic Surplus, this time the two included artist Steve Harrington to design a Borstal shoe for the capsule collection. The footwear is inspired by all the things that surround Palm Springs such as its desert, pools and snow capped mountains. The shoes were created with a cotton-weaved Rattan pattern and includes Harrington’s artwork on the insole and shoe box. The capsule collection will be made available at the Cohella music festival and will feature a selection of footwear, tees, tanks and towels.
