North America has Big Foot, the Himalayans have the Yeti and now, for Australia, they have the Bunyip. Described as a 6-foot lizard walking upright, the down under myth makes it way onto new sneaker release by PUMA and Sneaker Freaker founder Simon “Woody” Wood. Called the PUMA Bunyip, the sneaker is designed using premium suede, leather lining and thick crepe sole. Jagged edge tongue and detailing add to the mythos of the creature and design of the shoe. The PUMA Bunyip will be available to purchase mid-May.
