New Balance celebrates the north of England with this newly released Lake District Pack. Each shoe in the pack celebrates a different part of the district, from the leather and sailcloth Derwent Water model, to Scafell Pike which features hiking laces, or the St. Bees, with canvas and rope detailing to celebrate its namesake coastline.
The Lake District pack hits select New Balance stockists on February 11th, 2011.
J. Crew has been seriously upping it’s game as of late, and their latest Spring release with New Balance is no exception. Expanding on the classic 1400 model without overshadowing it, these shoes are crafted in Maine and come in some pretty appealing colorways. Get yours at J. Crew
Another great release from New Balance is coming in the fall — the H710. This comes in the boot form of shoes, not their classic runners that everyone is wearing. This looks like a good hiking boot with the laces and eyeholes, the subtle uppers with nice suede. The combination of those things give it a rugged look that seems like it is built with durability in mind.
Undefeated’s collaboration with New Balance has resulted in the new ‘Desert Storm 1500′. The design was inspired from the desert-specific military designs that became iconic during the Gulf War of the early 90’s. Featuring light and dark brown on the uppers, the shoe pops with accents of red and blue inspired from a operation Desert Storm patch. Also featured is premium suede to ensure that these sneakers are ready for any battle. Available soon at Undefeated retail stores.
There can sometimes be so many unnecessary additions and frivolities to basic runners, so it’s a good thing New Balance has created this basic, no-nonsense ‘Made In The USA’ M998 running shoes. Featuring a military-inspired aesthetic, and simple, basic grey suede, these are the perfect, low-key, shoes for those morning jogs at 4AM around the neighborhood. Available now from Mita. Wear it to the gym, take a shower and then wear it to a nice lunch. You know you want to…
