Copenhagen-based Norse Projects has taken to working in partnership with bespoke footwear manufacturer Tricker’s to create this collaborative ‘Blucher’ shoe. This latest collaborative project acts to refine the traditional aesthetic of a classic men’s footwear style; the officer’s blucher shoe. Imbued with a balance of minimalistic detailing and utilitarian execution, function lies at the core of each model. Featuring a crepe outsole, Tonal laces and contrasting leather stitchdown construction, this shoe perfectly showcases the aesthetic tastes of Norse Projects and the refined craftsmanship of Tricker’s. End Clothing offers this latest release, a re-working of the classic long wing brogue, perfect for the warmer months. The whole look and foot feel of the shoe has been lightened, with the use of a crepe sole and shower-proof Repello suede uppers – ideal for the inclement British summer. The End team added metal eyelets, outdoor laces and a natural pull tab on the heel – a few subtle details to set the design off. Collaborating for the Spring/Summer 2012 season is Cash CA and UK label Tricker’s. Available in two models, a simplistic approach is given towards the slip-ons which are offered in black and brown, while the Brogue is presented in a subtle but clean two-tone options in grey/burgundy and navy/tan colorways. The models are now available through Heather Grey Wall.
A three way collaboration between The Old Curiosity Shop, Quilp and Tricker resulted in the release of two Derby Shoes. One featuring a saddle finish with contrasting patent leather on the upper and the other in a classically designed full suede finish. Check out Tricker’s for more.
A collaboration between Japanese brand nonnative and Tricker’s offer the release of the Rider Shoes for Spring/Summer 2012. The shoe is a classic brogue wingtip design but upon closer inspection it’s the little details that make this different, as the toe box construction offer a half-rectangular pattern instead of the classic “W” wingtip design. Made from premium black cow leather the Rider Shoes from nonnative and Tricker’s will be released as part of nonnative’s Spring/Summer 2012 collection.
End Clothing’s Burnished toe cap brogue and boot is set to hit the stores for the country gent.
Tricker designed the shoe, made on a 4444 last, on a Dainite sole unit and features the signature End heel pull tab while the boot is created on a 4497s last which is a rarity, both models patterned after the Stow model.
Brooklyn Circus has collaborated with Tricker’s to design exclusive footwear for the upcoming Fall/Winter season. Constructed with premium quality grain leather and smooth calf leather on its uppers. Two colourways are produce in Onyx Black/Black and Honey Brown/Brown. With a vibrant coloured orange heel tab to leave a hint of the collaboration.

SOPHNET. and Tricker’s have come together to design the latest wing-tip boot. This shoe has been made with premium calf leather upper, Goodyear welt sole and oak bark tanned leather soles. The boot is a classic brogue styling with medial side zipper detail.

Stockholm retailers Nitty Gritty really lucked out in getting this exclusive brogue boot by Tricker’s exclusively for them this Fall 2011 season. The espresso-burnished brogue boots feature a Vibram wedge sole, Telason laces, brass eyelets and a contrasting red pull loop at the back. A hardy, handmade winter boot, this is what we’d call a ‘justifiable splurge’. Available now through Nitty Gritty.
Another release has occurred from Japanese brand Junya Wantabe as they continue to collaborate with Tricker’s on pieces for their Fall 2011 collection, which will include this intricately detailed brogue. After releasing a brogue boot and brogue sneaker with Tricker’s, we knew it was only a matter of time before they came out with a truly stunning brogue- and it most certainly does not disappoint. These perforated leather and canvas shoes will be available in two different colorways through Junya stockists for the Fall 2011 season.
