The LOVE imagery utilized by Converse for their Spring 2010 line is almost more iconic then the Chuck Taylor (Hi and Low) sneakers they’ve chosen to render for their Robert Indiana x Converse Chuck Taylor Love Pack. The image by Robert Indiana was originally a Christmas card for the Museum of Modern Art in 1964 and has since come to influence a distinct movement in American popular culture and art recognizable around the world. The Chuck Taylor Hi comes in white with either an orange or black insole with the image taking up the interior side surface of the canvas and again on the lower rubberized part of the shoe. The Chuck Taylor Low is white printed all over with the LOVE lettering in black.
