Footwear masters Timberland has teamed up with rag & bone to release this brilliant collaborative collection for the fall 2010 season. Featuring a Chukka, a Chelsea boot and a lace-up boot, this collection combines Timberland’s sturdy boot construction with rag & bone’s keen sense of style. Each shoe comes in two colorways and will hit shelves later this year.
With the colder seasons quickly winding down designers are already readying the release of next winters must haves, which is why no one should be the least bit surprised as Sorel previews its Sorel Fall 2010 1964 Premium T CVS. Taking the 1964 Premium T’s and working them over, the result is a uniformly colored boot with a waterproof waxed canvas upper. One design comes with a slightly lighter colored mid and yellow strings and the other with matching laces and mid.
Evisu Jeans has collaborates with cult phenom label Common Projects to create new line of minimal sneakers for Autumn Winter 2010. Following both brands’ common ethos of quality and classic design, the line will consist two styles of leather, vulcanized sneakers, branded as a limited collaboration using Common Projects’ trademark foil heel stamp. This is the first announced collaboration for Evisu with Scott Morrison as the new CEO/Creative Director.
The line will consist of two styles: low-top leather sneaker ($165 USD) and high-top leather sneaker ($185 USD) and is offered in three-color ways: Navy, White, and Black.
Belgium born Paris based designer Kris van Assche releases images of his Kris van Assche Fall/Winter 2010 Sneakers. The collection predominantly consists of high top sneakers that play around with the panels on the designs and lacing techniques rather then color and material. The shoes come in tones of grey and black and white and are made from mostly leather and suede.
Generic Suruplus has outdone themselves this time with an odd offering that brings together chocolate brown suede and a stark white outsole. The Mohawk has slight fringing on the sides of the shoe that highlight the balance between Moc and Boot. Maybe we’ll go with Moc-Boot instead. Enjoy the high nap suede and rich color to match with all your casual looks!

Converse has released a new set of Chuck Taylors that are made more like clothes than shoes. A lovely “dark khaki” suede high top followed by his cousins “Low Top” and “High Top” in herringbone. To round things out “Low Top” brought his fraternal siblings who are a lush olive suede and a smooth black and white plaid. Use your shoes to accessorize your clothes. Treat them like clothes and you can bring your personality to your wardrobe everyday!
Shearling lined Chukka boots have been around for years, and at the Vans Shop you can find probably 50 variations of this fall essential. The one you won’t find though is this one coming from the California Collection featuring a wool upper that is shearling lined to (Chukka) boot!
